Today all the material is made available. The web site is in its first final form. All the materials are reviewed and made available for download. And we wrote a blog on LinkedIn and published references to the article on several LinkedIn groups. Now we can only wait and see, and hope for lots of good feedback...
On the one hand the past weeks have been really busy, to get everything done. I had set myself a target: by the end of this week I wanted to have everything published. And I managed to do so. Even if it meant adding a totally new topic to the facilitator's guide (metrics). But this means that I need to cool down now... Take a break.
But on the other hand, now it just gets exciting: how will the people in our network react? How many people will actually start using this simulation? And how many people will share their experiences? Today we got an invite to do a meetup somewhere in March... That's exactly what we have been making this simulation for: to spread it across the globe... or at least a small part of it :-).
