How to assemble

Downloading the material - parts of the board and the different types of cards - is one thing. But before you have somethinhg usable, you need to do some effort. And this may need some extra explanation.

The board

The board comes in 4 parts:

  • Planned board left part - A3 size

  • Planned board right part - A3 size

  • Fast lane left part - A4 size

  • Fast lane right part - A4 size

Laminate each part of the board with the corresponding laminating pouch. Why? Because you need to write your WiP limits on the board and you don't want to print your board each time again.

Stick the parts of the board together using transparent tape like this:

Why like this? Because you can still fold the board to the size of a single A3 sheet. Better apply the tape to the back side of the board, so that it is not visible when playing.

The cards

The cards are a little more complicated. To start, only print the cards single sided. The front and rear side of the cards are all on one side of the page. The sheets contain cutting marks. Cut the cards according to the cutting marks so that you get long horizontal strips.

Fold the strips in two and put them in the laminating pouch. The size of the laminating pouches is the same as a credit card: 54x86 mm.
