First simulation with events

Last week's simulation still was one without events, but at that moment I already had the idea to introduce events, things that could impact your capacity or your priorities, either in a positive (which was a great suggestion of a colleague of mine) or a negative way. I was already working on the idea of these events, but they weren't ready to use yet. Until now.

This week I did the first simulation with these events. I have to say: they really add a special twist to the simulation. Like the picture above shows: these can be really nasty things, but they can happen in real life too. Funny coincidence: the same person got the majority of the events. Only 1 other colleague pulled the illness card.

As of now, these events are part of every simulation we do.
